Tea whisking, based on the custom of whisked tea of the Song Dynasty.

Here, we use a rare tenmoku tea bowl made by the greatest contemporary French ceramist, living national treasure of France and Maître d'art, Jean Girel.

The base piece for the tea bowl is a lacquerware made by Lu Guan Zhong. The chaire (tea caddy) is an antique piece.

Usually, this is reserved to our most formal tea ceremonies to honour officials, dignitaries, distinguished persons, and notable guests.
